Nikolai grew up in Bellville, Cape Town in a family deeply active in the property profession. His father was a property developer and his mother a principal agent in the residential property market. Property conversations being a normal part of the dinner conversations, Nikolai was inspired with a passion for the industry and, bringing in his ability to think outside of the box, helps find the perfect property solution for his clients.
