Bootlegger Coffee Company, an extremely popular brand of coffee shops and eateries, were looking to secure a foothold on the extremely popular “Kalk Bay Strip”. Lyall Johnson of Annenberg Property Group successfully secured the old “Studio” site located in The Majestic development for the next five years which provided them with the ideal solution due to its prime location and great mix of indoor and outdoor areas from which to operate.
