Dudley is the Managing Director of APG and has led the company, founded by his father, David Annenberg, since 1991. Dudley has been instrumental in developing much of the Cape's industrial landscape, such as breaking ground and developing a 30ha precinct in Montague Gardens - a modern, sought after and well planned industrial area, through to our current industrial park, Firgrove Industrial Estate, expanding the reach of Cape Town's Industrial precinct. Dudley has spearheaded diverse property developments including medical facilities such as day hospitals,oncology centres and psychiatric clinics and numerous industrial property developments and redevelopments. Dudley's ability to simplify complex, multi-faceted projects into streamlined, efficient ventures has seen the successful completion of many landmark projects in the Western Cape.
